Inspired by Belfast’s iconic shipyard cranes, it offers a relaxed and stylish space for travelers, with seating for around 180 people. The menu features classic Northern Irish dishes with a twist, such as the Goliath Ulster Brunch, club sandwiches, sharing platters, and options for kids. A full bar serves local beers, ciders, cocktails, and regional spirits. It’s also the first table-service restaurant in a Northern Ireland airport departure lounge, making it a standout choice for comfort and convenience. Designed with a warm, nautical theme using local touches—like whiskey barrels and Belfast sayings—it’s both welcoming and distinctive. Open from early morning until the last flight, Samson’s is a great place to grab a proper meal or drink before flying, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.
