In reply the two ladies who used to own the bar were not OLD

Two old ladies great bar that's the reviews we read and the reason why we started drinking there, every weekend too actually be told after weeks to leave cause of foul language. Now first to admit language isn't the best but in a bar like this I would be careful so language was fine other than odd **** or so. But told be told to watch your language or leave apparently 10mins after the foul language occurred even though the other 2 customers were in shock too after the apparent foul mouth which no one can remember we left. Truthfully prior to this loved it homely next door proper wooden bar. Truth is if you don't drink and don't speak this is definitely the bar for you

Cool authentic wee traditional bar that looks like it hasn't changed since the 40's! Great for a quite drink or somewhere to show a visitor what a real traditional Northern Irish pub looks like!

Not sure what the opening hours are but everytime i go on a sunday it's shut!

Really nice people. A pub that still feels like a pub with lots of things of interst including the story of its founder.

Don't pass it by or you will really miss a treat.

Thankyou to the landlady and the family for a great time.

As a Premiership manager I had A1 treatment, however I got the impression that this was the same for anyone provided they were reasonably smartly dressed and not drunk or aggressive. I would vertainly return when in Belfast again.
