How disappointing!! I have been here a few times and really loved it. Went on Fri 29th for a birthday lunch with work colleagues. We ordered eggs benedict and the muffins were rock hard, almost lost a tooth, Felt as if the they had been frozen when stale. The manager was really apologetic and deducted the meals off the bill and because of this generous gesture I will go back and I also left a tip as the service is so good. Please don't let the Ivory go down hill, it is such a gem of a place
