Belfast has quite a large student population as both the Queens University Belfast and University of Ulster, Belfast Campus are in the city centre. When it comes to the stereotypical student bar, the Botanic Inn is normally the first port of call for any student. Busy all times of the week, the Botanic Inn and its close neighbour, the Eglantine Inn are a safe bet to start any drinking excursion.
Heading closer to the city centre, both the Parlour and the Taphouse are two popular student bars.
